Our Approach
Your first visit begins with a conversation about your symptoms, medical history and what you want to get back to doing. Your physiotherapist will then assess your movement, strength and physical function.
Where appropriate, treatment can begin during the same appointment. This may include hands-on treatment, movement work, exercise and practical advice.
You will be told what the physiotherapist has found, what the next steps are and whether further medical investigation or referral may be appropriate.
