From Brentford & Central London, head west onto the A4 (Great West Rd) for approx 2 miles. Take the A3005 (Lampton Rd) south for 1.2 miles onto the A315 (Staines Rd). Sky Therapy is on your left, just opposite the Holdsworth House building.

From Twickenham & South London Take A305, London Rd/A310 and B361 to Hibernia Rd in Hounslow. Turn right onto Hibernia Rd. Go through 1 roundabout. Turn right onto Staines Rd/A315. Sky Therapy is on the right, inside Gym4Less.

From Feltham & South West London, head north-west on Browells Ln towards High St/A244. Turn right at the 1st cross street onto High St/A244. Continue straight onto Hounslow Rd/A244. Turn right onto Staines Rd/A315. Sky Therapy will be on the right, inside Gym4Less.

Take the Piccadilly Line to Hounslow Central. Head south on Lampton Rd/A3005. Turn right onto Staines Rd (A315) and Sky Therapy is on your left, inside Gym4Less.
